New Delhi, September 10 – H.E. Kamel Galal, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to India, hosted a group of students from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) at the embassy premises today for an interactive session on Egypt’s foreign policy, bilateral ties with India, and regional developments in the Middle East.
During the exchange, Ambassador Galal outlined Egypt’s core values, priorities, and diplomatic initiatives, while the students shared their perspectives and raised questions on contemporary issues. The discussion underscored the growing interest among Indian students in Egypt’s role on the global stage.
The embassy described the meeting as an important exercise in people-to-people diplomacy, strengthening mutual understanding and fostering academic engagement between the two countries.
