Four researchers from Mali have been given scholarships by the Indian Council For Cultural Relations to pursue their Doctorate Degrees. Recently, three of them met India’s Ambassador to Mali Anjani Kumar. Students who met the Ambassador are Mohamed Abdoulaye Touré, Sekouba Doumbia and Hamadou Amadou Cissé Barry. They will be pursuing their Doctorate Degrees at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.
Earlier, Ambassador Anjani Kumar also met Drissa SOGOBA, Assetou CAMARA, Oumar DOUMBIA & Zoumana Cissé of Mali before their departure to India. These students have also received scholarships from Indian Council For Cultural Relations for their higher studies.
