Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) has announced that it will work to strengthen the trade and investment relationship between Ethiopia and India.
Ambassador of Ethiopia to India Fesseha Shawel Gebre, had discussions with Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, President of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation. 35 big companies under the federation participated in the discussion.
Ambassador Fesseha made a statement about Ethiopian macro economy reforms, Ethiopian investment focus areas and opportunities in the sector. The ambassador also called on Indian investors and companies to work in the Ethiopian investment field.
The information obtained from the embassy indicates that the Ethiopian embassy and the federation will work to strengthen the country’s trade and investment.
